Feature Report:  Mexico:  A complex wireless market with strong prospects.  Although it seems to be a complex market, in many ways the Mexican telecom sector is very similar to the others Latin American countries. Prepaid penetration is much higher than postpaid services – Mexico government regulator Cofetel reported there were 83.3 million prepaid customers and 13.7 million postpaid customers in the country at the end of the third quarter of 2011.
